We are happy to accommodate you in our facilities in the heart of Rome, a stone’s throw from Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo and Trevi Fountain.

All Lata Luxury rooms feature modern and well-kept furnishings.
You can choose from 3 comfortable double rooms with bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi and Nespresso coffee machine or between three apartments with two bedrooms, living area with kitchenette and two bathrooms with shower, to have all the privacy of home yours in Rome!

We are open all year round and have a concierge service available from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (Mon-Fri).

It is possible to check-in from 2pm to 5pm with our staff and in Self-check-in mode later. Check-out must be done before 11:00, however, you can leave your luggage in custody until departure.

Our prices are All-Inclusive, include all the services indicated at the time of booking.
Payment must be made at Chek-in. We accept the main credit cards of the VISA, Mastercard, Maestro circuit, and for advance payments, we accept the bank transfer or Paypal transactions.

Final cleaning € 30 (only apartments required).

Cancellation Conditions:

Cancellation is free if up to 7 days before the stay.
Penalty 100% of the stay for cancellations after this deadline or no show or non-refundable rates.
